First of all, What is CrossFit? Well, a quick internet search will yield a common definition for this as “CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program.” The popular CrossFit system is a program that was created to generate as wide of an adaptational response as is possible from your body. The CrossFit program focuses on “functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity.”
CrossFit is not a sport nor a workout. Many people have told me they confused it for a fixed routine but it is not, it is more of a deliberate attempt to maximize physical competence in many recognized fitness areas of interest. This fitness program is very effective. Many of my friends and relatives do it. In my opinion it is more of a way of life.
